METRÔ AND CPTM FIDELITY CARD
The Metrô of São Paulo and the Company of Metropolitan Trains – CPTM, companies linked to the State Department of Metropolitan Transport, made available to its users a new technological option, valid only for the access to rail transportation. It is the Fidelity Card.

The Fidelity Card, regardless of the model, may be purchased and recharged in the “Bilhete Único” (Single Ticket) Recharge Booths, located in the Metrô Stations.

Since April 15th, 2017, the Fidelity Card may be purchased and reloaded at the following costs:

Important:
The reloaded values on the cards correspondent to 8, 20 or 50 trips, are respectively equivalent to R$ 30.40, R$ 76.00 and R$ 190.00, and at each trip, it will be charged a cost of R$ 3.80, totaling the 8, 20 or 50 trips.

Minimum timing before use
When used more than once on the subway, the temporality between one use and the other of:

  • 10 minutes if the user board the same line and station other than the previous boarding;
  • 20 minutes if the user embarks on the same line and same station of the previous shipment;
  • 20 minutes at stations integrated with CPTM or Via Quatro.

The card may be used on both Metrô and CPTM.

In case of theft, loss or damage:
Call 156.

Aiming to restore the credits on the card, in case of loss or theft, you can previously register a single card or in person, at the Customer Service Centers.

In case of theft, loss or damage caused by the user's responsibility, they should appear, in possession of an ID card, at the “LEISURE AND FIDELITY CARDS” stand, located in the Metrô Sé or CPTM Luz Stations, where a 2nd copy of the card will be arranged.

For unregistered passengers, the user must present a receipt of one of the recharges. The fee for a 2nd copy emission is equivalent to 7 units’ fare from the bus system from the city of São Paulo and the delivery time is 72 hours.

Cancelling:
The Cancelling of your card may be done only on the Costumer Services Center on Metrô Sé or Luz CPTM Stations.

In case of read errors or other problems to access the transportation system:
The boarding should be done through another card or ticket. The passenger must attend to the Customer Service Center at the Metrô Sé or CPTM Luz Stations, for the analysis of the card. If the correction is not possible, a 2nd copy will be issued within 72 hours.
