LOST AND FOUND

One of the most respected services offered by the São Paulo Metrô is the Lost and Found, which has existed since 1975.


The search system of the Metrô Lost and Found, via Internet, is intended for the location of objects whose owners can be identified, such as documents, personal agendas, folders and wallets.



The Lost And Found Center works at Sé Station, from Mondays to Fridays, from 07:00am to 08:00pm, except holidays. The Line 5-Lilac also has a Lost and Found Center in Largo Treze Station, which works from Mondays to Fridays, from 08:00am to 05:00pm, except holidays.

In the Centers, users can look for objects lost in trains and stations of the system. In case of documents, the query can also be made by phone, through the Information Center, 0800-770 7722, every day, from 05:30am to 11:30pm.

The objects remain available for the interested for 60 days beyond the month in which it was found. The objects not sought after are sent to the State of São Paulo Social Solidarity Fund, and documents to the issuing authorities.
